Unlike mass-produced versions that just taste one-dimensional, this has a rich, layered flavour you'd expect from an authentic, artisanal kimchi. My absolute favourite part is the satisfying fizz every single time you pop open a fresh jar; it's packed with active fermentation. I cannot recommend it highly enough, an absolute kitchen staple in my house!
